Please allow 4-6 Weeks to ship
production period. This can differ depending on order demand at the time and which country you are ordering from.
We understand that having to wait weeks for a garment isn’t as convenient as next-day-delivery, but that is luxury couture! Put yourself at ease knowing with your order you’re consciously and intentionally being the change needed towards more responsible fashion. Luxury couture is worth the wait.
Please note, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.
Please make sure someone is home to sign for your delivery.

We don’t do returns, as all couture is done consciously and intentionally to order and specific to you. On a Made-To-Order business model, we cannot offer a return or refund if you change your mind or if the item/s does not fit. Each couture piece is carefully crafted and handmade once your order has been placed. A lot of time and care goes into making each couture piece, so please be considerate when placing your order.
Make sure to visit the sizing guide page to make sure you match yourself. If we’ve made an error (it’s extremely rare).
If you’ve mixed up your measurements and your order doesn't fit because you got the numbers wrong, don’t worry. We can still fix it, but you will be charged for alterations.
Couture to be serviced for alterations must be returned in the exact condition you received them in with tags on.
Notify us about couture alterations, within 2 days of receiving your order if there’s a problem by emailing email@example.com subject alterations. Please attach receipt and description of alterations needed. Then our alterations address will be provided to you after approval and payment received in full. Please see the Alterations Service page.
Your couture is sent with a tracked and signed for service, you will receive an email notification of your order confirmation as well as tracking information and a despatch email once your couture is on its way to you.
House Of KLynn is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost in the post once sent that are out of our control.
If you order products for delivery outside of the United States, your order will be subject to import duties and taxes, please note that I have no control over these charges and I cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.
