How do I order?
If you've just found us, and the website says 'sold out' on everything... it means we're currently closed. As a couture made to order brand, we have a limited capacity to how many orders we can be working on at any given time. This is because we're a small team and we don't want you to wait longer.

Please allow 4-6 Weeks to ship working day wait time.
We understand that having to wait weeks for a garment isn’t as convenient as next-day-delivery, but that is luxury couture! Put yourself at ease knowing with your order you’re consciously and intentionally being the change needed towards more responsible fashion. Well worth the wait.

How do you make your garments?
The couture pieces are made-to-order and can also be bought ready to wear.
Making couture clothes only as and when they are ordered. Measurements with no size limitations. From petite to plus size. Offering custom height lengths too. *See our size page for contactless body measurement.* The cut will be for your body and not the unattainable body fast fashion big stores and brands box you into.
It’s a far more ethical and sustainable approach because we have no bad labour conditions, or overproduction. Reducing the risk of excess unwanted stock going to landfill like that in big fast fashion stores and brands.
Expensive to ensure quality construction and value placed on your couture longevity. House Of KLynn promotes quality and the love for one well-made piece that can become an heirloom. In a world where individual style is harder to come by, the one-on-one personal experience that made-to-measure clothing can offer puts us back in touch with the way clothes are made, and encourages us to cherish them as deliberate fashion.
How many employees do you have?
We are a team of 4. Making couture clothes only as and when they are ordered.
Is your brand ethical & sustainable?
House Of KLynn has a far more ethical and sustainable approach because we have no bad labour conditions, or overproduction. Reducing the risk of excess unwanted stock going to landfill like that in big fast fashion stores and brands.
Do you ship worldwide?
If you order products for delivery outside of the United States, your order will be subject to import duties and taxes, please note that I have no control over these charges and I cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.

Can I order a piece in another fabric?
We only use the fabrics we have and found. If you see another fabric you like on the website and would like to get a piece in a fabric of another piece or color, it’s possible if we have enough stock of this fabric to do it. It’s better to contact us by email houseofklynn@houseofklynn.com at least 2 days before ordering. Subject Order piece in another fabric/color. If we reply that it’s possible, you can order the piece you want and specify in the comments section in your basket in which other fabric or color you would like to get your piece.
How can I order a piece in another fabric?

Will You do a restock?
Some fabrics we find are limited or deadstock and will never be able to find the same again. If it’s a plain fabric, we can find another similar but if it’s a printed fabric, I won’t be able to find it again as there are deadstock fabrics. Sometimes we are able to find one roll of the same fabric, but sometimes only 2 or 4 yards. When a fabric is very very limited (it will possibly only make 1 to 10 pieces of couture), I specify it in the product page.
Can I order outside of regular business hours?
Yes, our website is 24/7. Unless it states the shop is closed with a coming up reopening date.
